– The Servest Pay Office, located in the upper basement
close to the exit

Should you have entered the centre on the uncovered parking level and wish to use undercover parking, you will need to enter your parking ticket in the station at the bottom of the ramp to gain access.
Please note that this will convert your card from “uncovered to covered” parking tariffs.

Should you experience problems with your tickets, a help button is available at each pay station and
on the access control station box.
